Even the Romans recognized the beauty of the landscape around Rimsting and built here country houses (villas). That's why the most impressive playground equipment on this playground is a Roman fort.

The Berggasthof Weingarten is located on a ridge of the "Ratzinger height" near Rimsting in a sunny location. Here you have a fantastic view of the Chiemgau and the Tyrolean mountains.

Yürüyüş

The adventure playground Ratzinger Höhe is worth a break for everyone. Right next door there is the Berggasthof Weingarten with hotel, where you can stop. With great views of the Chiemsee. From here you can also go to a beautiful adventure trail to Greimharting or hike to the lookout tower at Hitzing, which allows a beautiful view of the Chiemgau Alps in good weather. There are also interesting information boards inside the tower.
