A Säule deer with antlers ‘and a crunchy witch with a crow on her left shoulder are carved into the column of the fountain; next to them Hansel and Gretel - a fairy tale from a time when wishing still helped a little.
The marking as deer well reminds of the last deer that was hunted here in 1914 (according to information in the Waldhaus Giesing, office hours only on Tuesdays.
