Along the side of lake Hedsjön there is a nice windshelter right next to the trail, overlooking the lake. It gets really nice afternoon and evening sun and is equiped with a fireplace, bucket, picnic table and several benches. Hidden just next to the shelter is a small jetty into the water. There are also two privys/outhouses just north of the shelter. Further north of the shelter, just across the gravel road, is a water source, but when I was there the lake water looked cleaner than the water source.
