This hut is part of the Balearic government's hut network. This former private holiday home is located directly on the beach of s'Arenalet des Verger, in the Parc Natural de la Península de Llevant in Mallorca, and can only be reached on foot via the following routes:
from the s'Alqueria Vella hiking car park via the Camí dels Presos and the Camí d'en Mondoi or the Camí d'Esquena Llarga (approx. 3 hours walk)
from Cala Mitjana along the coast via the Camí dels Carabiners (approx. 1.5 hours walk).

There are two such refuges in the national park: Refugi de s'Arenalet (former bathhouse) on the beach and Refugi dels Oguers, located a little further up in the mountain.
Both offer an affordable and affordable option for overnight stays amidst breathtaking nature, away from any form of tourism. The houses are both very beautiful, built in typical Mallorcan style, and feature a spacious outdoor terrace with benches and restroom facilities. The outdoor area is also accessible to hikers for a break or picnic.
