The Arizona Trail leads directly through the Blue Ridge Campground, an official campground of the National Forest Service. Officially, it opens on May 1 of each year and is then chargeable. Before that, hikers can use it, however, the toilets are then still closed, the drinking water is still switched off. Benches and fire bowls are usable.
