The Rubens Church par excellence. The painter played an important part in the decoration of the facade and the crowning of the tower. The Jesuits built this typical Baroque church between 1615 and 1621. The apse of the main altar, the Lady Chapel and the many sculptures and carvings are still witnesses of the splendor of the past. Eye-catcher is the original, still functioning mechanism above the main altar through which the paintings can be exchanged, an impressive spectacle!
