The traveler who visits Cordoba may be curious to see a memorial dedicated to the Archangel San Rafael in a small square or on a tower. Your amazement will increase if you stop to look at the total number of these sculptures scattered throughout the city. The triumphs, as they have come to be called, are a fervent representation of popular devotion.
