The castle towers majestically above the surrounding vineyards and breathtaking landscape. The manicured greens of the golf course offer a wonderful contrast to the historic walls and the natural colors of the surroundings.

Liebenstein Castle is located on a hill. A moderate path leads up. The castle dates back to a mediaeval hilltop castle owned by the Lords of Liebenstein. The complex is now used as a restaurant and hotel. There is also a golf club with a 27-hole championship course.
