The Ostkastell Welzheim in the Rems-Murr district, with its open-air area of an archaeological park, offers the ideal place for conveying Roman history on your own doorstep. The reconstructions and stone sculptures complement the information signs for a perfect introduction to everyday Roman life. In addition, a visit to the east fort during an event can become a journey back in time to Roman times.
