In the north-east of the city is the Chapel Gate or Weth Gate (pictured above), also known as the Goßmannsdorf Gate. It is at the end of the main street and looks out onto the Ringstrasse and Eichelsdorferstrasse on the field side. The gate was built in 1714. Since 1999, the upper floor has been the Red Cross Museum. On the field side, above the gate passage, we can see the full coat of arms of the Würzburg Prince-Bishop Johann Philipp von Greiffenclau-Vollrath (1699-1719).

In the north there are more remains and a round tower built into the houses, and in the east only the ring road traces the former course of the Wall. In the northwest of the city is the Lower Gate, also known as the Brauhaustor, Badtor or Lendershäuser Tor (not shown). It stands between Lendershäuser Strasse (field side) and Landgerichtsstrasse (city side). It was built in 1713 and renovated in 2002. It is the only one of the three gates without a coat of arms.
