Fantastic and varied hiking trail with lots of great views down into the Elbe valley. If you want to try the trail by bike, you have to be prepared for 80% pushing and a few short carrying sections. In most places, the trail is too (dangerously) narrow to be able to cycle safely and runs along a steep slope the whole time. In addition, there are a number of tree trunks and a short switchback that must be overcome, which can be a bit strenuous for very delicate people (with an e-bike). For hiking, however, it is top notch.
