Shortly after the political change, in 1990, the toppled monument to the villagers who had fallen in the First World War was rediscovered and two years later re-erected in its old place, supplemented by the names of the Moravians who had fallen in the Second World War.

The memorial for those who fell in World War I was consecrated in 1925. The monument, overturned when the village was destroyed, was rediscovered in 1990 and erected two years later. After the restoration and installation of a new plaque of honor with the names of those who fell in World War II, the ceremonial consecration took place in October 2000.
