This tomb was part of a manor complex called Koreczno. It was built on its edge near the Struga Gnieźnieńska flowing below, which follows its current to the Wełna River. Koreczno is a former manor and forester's lodge in the vicinity of Modliszew. From the manor complex, only the tomb remains.

Jan Siciński was the last private owner of Modliszew before the war. According to the memories of the residents, Jan Siciński was a good heir who cared about people. The Siciński family tomb is located in the settlement of Koreczno. According to unconfirmed information, the reason why Jan Siciński built a family mausoleum in such an unusual place was a conflict with the parish priest of the church in Modliszewko.
