The two rest areas are a real highlight. The first of the two rest areas is right on the Ruhr. If you want, you can take off your shoes and cool your feet in the Ruhr. However, the area is often occupied and is also used as a small bathing area in summer.
The second rest area, located about 30 meters above the first, impresses with its very interesting design and also invites you to linger. This rest area is also often occupied when the weather is good.

Two lovely rest areas very close to the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. There are places to sit and the kids can run around a bit. When the weather is good, however, there is a lot going on here.
