Hearty German cuisine and in-house beers in the restaurant with brick walls, wooden furniture and large brew kettles.
This restaurant is a popular meeting place for young and old. Here you can also book a guided tour of the house and entertainment with live music every Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m.

The quaint Usedomer brewery is right in the Ostseeresidenz Heringsdorf. Warm hospitality is very important here. With its unique gastronomic experience, it is a popular meeting point for young and old. If you want to experience the Usedom art of brewing in person, we recommend a professional tour of the brewery cellar with the Franconian master brewer. Even trying the different types of beer and Usedom spirits is worth a visit in and of itself. Half a crispy chicken from the wall grill or a tarte flambée round off the rustic enjoyment.

The quaint Usedomer Brewery is located directly in the SEETELHOTEL Ostseeresidenz Heringsdorf. Not only are six types of excellent beer brewed here - there are always plenty of tasty culinary surprises waiting for the guest. Guests can see crispy "broilers" or crisp knuckles sizzling on the wall grill while the tarte flambé disappears inside a stone oven.
