Jamaa Alfna Square is the most famous public square in the medina of Marrakech. From this permanent theater stage that never sleeps, you have access to all the zouk of the old town. Go and lose yourself in its many alleys. Here like never before you will delight all your senses. This square is also very close to the great Koutoubia mosque and these gardens. You just have to cross the main artery to access it.

During the day, the square is a colorful, oriental hustle and bustle. Stalls, fortune tellers, snake charmers and much more transport the guest to another world. Barbary macaques are often placed on the tourists' arms. For the obligatory photo, they charge €20. As darkness falls, the square is transformed. Food stalls pop up everywhere, offering oriental "specialties" for consumption. But be careful, these dishes are not suitable for every stomach.

Even from a distance you can see in the evening the steam of the food stalls over the Jamaa el Fna. Do not stroll around and look relaxed is not expecting to be addressed by any seller - who does not say fast enough "non merci", first has a long conversation in front of him, but mostly entertainment value, if you have a sense of humor brings. Snail soup, tagine, couscous and freshly squeezed orange juice are the culinary bestsellers.
