Yürüyüş
A small church with an entrance fee. However, it's worth it; the interior is breathtaking. The colonnade in the building next door is also breathtaking, but unfortunately, it's a bit dated and not as beautiful.

Yürüyüş
The church "Igreja de São João Evangelista das Carmelitas" is not particularly striking from the outside. But the interior, not so large, nave is all the more impressive: vaulted ceilings with pictures in wooden panels, a magnificent gold-gleaming chancel, large azulejo tile pictures at the bottom of the side walls, elaborate, ornate, gold-gleaming ornaments above them, wooden pulpits on both sides... simply stunning!
Next to the church (to the east) there are colonnades with blue tile pictures, which are not immediately noticeable from the street.
