Yürüyüş
The "heathland" is particularly worth experiencing in spring and summer. In summer, the heated sand creates natural and pleasant scents.

Yürüyüş
In the area of the power line, the vegetation is deliberately kept flat.
As a result, a very beautiful gorse and heather landscape has developed over time, as one would expect in the Lüneburg Heath.

The heathland is very nice to discover. There are plants and grasses here that cannot be found anywhere else. Unfortunately, it is only a narrow strip of landscape, but it is quite long. The main commercial application is the low location of high voltage pylons (the "high" refers to the voltage, not the location :-)). Of course, the airport has to be supplied with redundant electricity. Wild animals are also very nice to watch. Wildlife photographers – go there!
