The Christ of Reparations and Mercy, popularly known as the Christ of the Lanterns, is a sculpture located in the city of Córdoba and made in 1794 by the sculptor Juan Navarro León, its promoter being the Capuchin Franciscan Fray Diego José de Cádiz.

The Plaza de Capuchinos is a charming square in Córdoba. The square is surrounded by whitewashed walls and whitewashed houses, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. One of the main attractions of the square is the Cristo de los Faroles, a statue of Christ on the cross surrounded by eight lanterns (faroles), each symbolizing one of the provinces of Andalusia. The square is also home to the Convento de Santo Ángel.
