The Grafts are the green lungs of Delmenhorst, with the popular Grafttherme, a fun pool with a beautiful sauna. Not suitable for cycling everywhere because there are many walkers on the way, at least in the part of the ramparts.

Shortly before the Delme is reached, the graft system is on the right in the direction of travel. Here is the castle island, which is surrounded by two ditches, the inner and outer graft. The castle no longer exists, except for the remains of the wall and a ground monument. The castle island is now a park.
