The Museum of the Great Plains is an interactive museum full of information about the history of the United States Great Plains. The exhibits feature a trading post, schoolhouse, and depot from the 1830s. Visitors are encouraged to explore the past, present, and future through exhibits and self-directed activities. Museam hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed on holidays. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk only, with prices varying depending on age and military status.
