Wooden church from the first half of the 16th century (probably from 1521). Built from the foundation of the Cistercian nuns of Ołoboki. It is one of the oldest wooden churches, with a late Gothic form, in Greater Poland. Untransformed, it has retained its authentic shape and façade details, as well as late Renaissance and Baroque furnishings.

On the southern wall of the church is a sculpture of St. Joseph with the Child by the 19th-century folk sculptor Paweł Bryliński ( pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pawe%C5%82_Bryli%C5%84ski ). On the northern side of the church, the external pulpit draws attention.
