The trail to the falls isn't super far, but if you're just looking for a leg-stretcher to go with your waterfall instead of a full-on hike, the nearby Long Creek Falls might be more up your alley.

The trail to the falls has semi-technical footing with roots and rocks, but it isn't very hilly, so it's a great place to work on your trail running skills. It's also just a great place to get out for a jog in nature!
