    Visiting the statue is somehow a must-do when visiting Oahu. Don't miss the Palace Visit across the street.
    In the immediate vicinity there are sufficient free and paid parking spaces.
    Opposite the Iolani Palace is the "Ali'iolani Hale", planned by King Kamehameha V as a royal palace. In front of the building stands a statue of his ancestor Kamehameha I, dressed in a rich golden robe.
