The building is made of limestone masonry, while the roof is typical of the area in "Piode".
The façade, partially plastered, has a massive stone entrance portal with a wooden door surmounted by a small rose window.

This technique was used without distinction to create small stables in pastures or houses and also churches or large buildings.
The roof was made with a frame of wooden trusses connected to circular section beams, on which the smaller frame was placed.
Thick slabs of local stone were placed on top, dry-laid in overlapping rows.
