It is located within the urban area, specifically on Virgen Street, popularly known as "La Callejita". This building houses the Virgin, venerated and much loved by the people of Casares and patron saint of children. In honor of her, the patron saint festivities are celebrated every year from August 15 to 18.

The building dates back to the 16th century and is in the Mudejar style, it has a single nave and main altar with a half-orange dome, until a few years ago it was made of exposed brick which made it very beautiful. It currently has an entrance, although at first it was not surrounded by buildings and the interior could be accessed from the other entrance, which still exists and from which you enter an interior patio.
