The Catholic parish church of St. Matthew is a church building on Hertersplatz in Alfter, a municipality in the Rhein-Sieg district (North Rhine-Westphalia). It is the parish church of the parish of the same name in the deanery of Bornheim (Archdiocese of Cologne). The church building is a listed building.
The unadorned, originally flat-roofed hall church was built from 1791 to 1792 with bevelled corners and an east tower in brick. The transept and choir were added to the west in 1902. A barrel vault was added to the baroque hall in 1964.
