On the edge of a cliff 120 meters above sea level, on the Altiplano de la Mola, is located one of the most visited tourist attractions on the island, the lighthouse of La Mola.

It is an impressive place to enjoy splendid views of the Mediterranean.

Currently, the lighthouse houses a space for the dissemination of the maritime heritage of the island of Formentera.
