On 07/07 In 1908, Ms. Anna Marignoni from Constance received the building permit to build a new hotel-restaurant on the island of Reichenau. The house becomes a spa hotel or Kurhaus named "Reichenau". The hotel operated until the 1920s before it was closed and put up for sale. In February 1925, the Württemberg teachers' association acquired the property and added the west and east wings to the existing part. The hotel is renamed the “Löchnerhaus” beach hotel. It is still owned by the Württemberg teachers' association today.
