    The Keringhuis of De Maeslantkering is a delta work that offers protection against high water. The Delta Works can handle a tidal wave of five meters. On top of the nearby hill, you have a beautiful view of the Waterweg, Rotterdam Harbor, North Sea and Hoek van Holland.
