Outdoors, no cost; very worth visiting.

Trip to the memorial was very nice, through pretty neighborhoods and along bike paths, mostly shaded. The return part of the loop was not as pleasant, along a fairly busy road with absolutely no shade and no views. Would suggest just retracing your steps back.
