My recommendation for an unforgettable end to a longer bike tour: The steep climb initially challenges the last reserves. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. In the Michaelskapelle you can find some peace and quiet. Afterwards you can enjoy the sunset in the café-restaurant right next door with a good glass of wine and "delicious treats" in the beer garden on the hillside. Inspirited and saturated, you then roll down into the valley, where you will hopefully come home safely.

When the weather is clear you can see the Rhine plain up to the Palatinate mountains, the heights of the Northern Black Forest as well as the mountains of the Odenwald near Heidelberg with an unhindered view from Michaelsberg. In very good visibility even the Donnersberg (75 km distance), the Great Feldberg (127 km distance) and the Great Belchen (170 km distance) can be seen. (according to Wikipedia)
