North of the Strip in the downtown Vegas area, is the Arts District or 18b. Established in 1998, this 18-block zone is dedicated to nurturing art and artists; there are tons of art galleries, vintage boutiques, antique stores, coffee shops, restaurants and more for you to explore off the Strip.
