Sculptures by Jörg Wiele refer to the elements of nature. The artist lets his works play with wind and rain, light and shadow. Depending on the interplay of forces, the look changes from the impression of a gently curved line to the volume of a body in the heaviness and strength of its materiality. Opening and closing, taking up space and contracting again are moving, kinetic events that the viewer experiences and that move him.

The sculpture was erected by the Steinhuder Meer e.V. tourist association in 2006.
