At Hermann Hinrichs Bonbonkocherei you can experience the creation of the most delicious sweets. For this purpose, the candy shop was separated from the rest of the shop with a glass wall, so you can watch (when cooking is in progress) how sugar is cooked in a copper pot and later processed into special candies or lollipops with a lot of manual work.
