If you are a good swimmer and the sea is calm, then you can swim a few moves in the Mediterranean - with a great view of the cliffs around Cape Drastis. Everyone else just enjoys the view of the water.

The boat launch is really only a good spot for swimming. The question is whether the super dusty descent is really worth it. You walked through the cars in an almost continuous cloud of dust and I assume that the number of cars was limited during corona times. Otherwise nice 😃
