Walking around Gryter Lake is worthwhile! You always have a beautiful view of the water. There are also a few places to have a barbecue. The partially boggy landscape is also attractive. We even saw black grouse. The paths are well signposted, but narrow and sometimes rocky or slippery. You should definitely wear waterproof shoes, because the water levels in the moor areas are sometimes above ground level. Otherwise, it is not a strenuous hike, and there is always cooling water nearby.

This hiking trail is the most beautiful we have ever walked. The lake is idyllically situated in the middle of a nature reserve. The forest is magical.
