The parish of Sant Martí de Llesp belongs to the bishopric of Lleida, due to the fact that it belonged, in the Middle Ages, to the bishopric of Roda de Ribagorça. It is part of pastoral unit 25 of the archpriest of Ribagorça, and is governed by the rector of Pont de Suert.
