From the ground up you climb over a short but crisp climb on a forest trail in this trail. Once at the top you can enjoy the view towards the bottom. Then it's a gently sloping single trail at the edge of the forest and in the forest down towards Spelsberg. The singletrack is easy to drive with only a few minor roots. In the end, the difficulty slightly increases towards S2 (lateral slope and a narrow space between two trees). Arrived at the exit you can end the trail on a side street towards Morsbachtal.

Another first-class flow trail through the beautiful nature of the Oelingrather and Grunder Bachtal, which is mostly only known to the locals. Attention: pedestrians, dogs and horses can meet you here on a narrow, winding route. There is a tree narrowing in the lower part which is difficult for handlebar widths from 75 cm.
