You cross the Salento greenhouses in a stretch where there are still gentle slopes compared to the crossings located further south. It is no coincidence that an ancient oil road passes here, leading from the olive groves of Maglie to Gallipoli for the sale of lampante oil departing from the port of Gallipoli. To be walked calmly to enjoy the panoramic views towards the hinterland and the naturalistic and silent context. All on asphalt the route with almost no or very little car traffic.
