The Flötzinger parent company has seen many eras of Rosenheim's town history come and go. At the time when the Flötzinger brewery was still located at the Salzstadel in the premises of today's city library, the building was a feudal brewery inn. An economy where politics and business were done, with crowded spaces where the air was torturous and the noise levels were deafening. The dining room was a living room and social network at the same time, a street tavern ensured the supply of the residential area.
