The Zyklopensteig always runs between rock faces and rock formations, almost like in a labyrinth you make your way through the boulders to the Devil's Hole and the Devil's Cave.

The path leads from the valley floor always on rock faces with grottos to the devil's hole, further over the devil's cave entrance with a view into the valley, then narrowly between huge labyrinthine boulders through to the bizarre exit of the devil's cave. The hammer! Definitely run upwards!
The path is easy to walk, the optics do the trick. There are some information boards along the way. Beware, when you storm up the visitors of the Devil's Cave can come towards you - then there will be traffic jams in the rocks.
