    Besides the 101, this is definitely the place to visit in the city. Even if the personality cult is more than exaggerated for my taste, you learn a lot about history and the time.

    The monumental "Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall" is an absolute highlight and one of the most visited places in Taipei. Whoever has not been here was not in Taipei.

    Every hour from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the well-known and worth seeing, 10-minute watch change ceremony takes place.

    On the lower floor of Memorial Hall there is a museum with many memorabilia and documents to Chiang Kai-shek. Admission is free.
