The motif shown by Gabi in the photo of the church window is the most unusual depiction of an "ANNA SELBDRITT" I have ever seen. Background: Anna is the mother of Mary, the mother of God, Jesus' grandmother, who is not mentioned in the official biblical writings. The name "Anna Selbdritt" refers to - pictorial or figurative - representations of these three people, who are also three generations of a family. Here the motif is supplemented by two side angels who adore the Holy Family (without Joseph, Mary's bridegroom).
