The small Steinhuder Meerbach, which measures just eight meters from one bank to the other at the widest points, flows out of the Steinhuder Meer, meanders through Rehburg and becomes almost invisible to pedestrians and motorized contemporaries on many kilometers. In the midst of untouched nature, he glides calmly and lazily towards Nienburg. Only in a few places, like this one, is it accessible.
