There is a lot to take in along this section of the South West Coast Path. The landscape rushes steeply down to the sea but the path follows the contour high up to offer amazing views.

The path weaves in and out of woodland offering surprise views of the coastline now and then. As it heads towards the Foreland, it becomes desolate and exposed with the lighthouse balancing on the very edge. Amazing views await of the coastline and marine life spotting is made easy by the elevated view as it turns back to Countisbury. This is a great section.
