We hiked the stairs on May 31st. There were beautiful views on the way up—even if some people feel the need to throw their trash into the corners. The whole thing would be so much more beautiful without the trash.
Kudos to the people selling chilled(!) drinks in the last third and at the very top. There's no elevator or cable car to transport the equipment there.
We wouldn't want to hike the trail in the rain—the stones next to the stairs are very slippery.

A great view at the end. Attention: start with a lot of water when hot and very slippery steps after rain. Not an easy stage

If you're ever in Kotor, you should do this. The view is worth the journey.
