The shopping street between the cathedral and the old gate is very nice with lots of cafes and nice shops.
Tip: you can get out on the old gate for a small fee. The look is nice, a bit of history is also conveyed.

Speyer can be visited at any time of the year. In addition to the other sights, you should also have seen the Rhine promenade, the pedestrian zone, the marina, the fish market, and the old coin. There are also plenty of churches and the Sealife and Technology Museum.
