Built in 1996, Eldåbu’s two cabins have 16 spaces and are popular with cross-country skiers in winter. It’s a good base for adventures to Ramshøgda, a 1,463-metre (4,800 ft) summit that boasts superb views towards Rondane.

Eldåbu is one of the DNT huts along Rondanestien and the first in the National Park.
In addition to the main hut, there is still a safety hut, which can be used at full occupancy. But it is always true that everyone who comes gets a place to sleep.
If you are alone, you have to think of the DNT key.
