Undine holds a fish and a shell in her hands. Fish and shell symbolize male and female sides, constructive and sensual, destructive and protective, strength and weakness. The story of Undine by Motte Fouqué ends tragically, the love between these very different beings fails. Undine's look is melancholic, but her attitude shows: look, that's just how it is - every love is worth living!
The bronze figure is a gift from the Rotary Club to Brandenburg. The sculpture was created in 2015 by Heike Adner and Knuth Seim.

Very beautiful and legendary sculpture in the area of the shipyard. Letters from the ships that were once moored here are embedded on the floor. Among them is the tug Nordstern, which is somewhat remote and apparently no longer used.
